Marcos Rojo says he will consider leaving Manchester United in January

Argentina international Marcos Rojo has opened the door to leaving Manchester United when the transfer window reopens in four months’ time. The defender made just six appearances during the course of the previous season and that trend has continued this season where he has yet to earn a single minute of playing time.

Speaking to reporters, Rojo confirmed that he had the choice of joining Everton before the English transfer deadline but the move did not materialise with the Red Devils and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer deciding against the deal. He added that a winter departure could be on the cards, considering he requires regular gametime in order to stake a claim for a national team role.
