Tammy Abraham learning from Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has said that he is learning from the likes of Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero in order to become a better striker. The England international has spent the past three seasons on loan away from the Blues but he will get the chance to impress this term with the club unable to spend on new recruits due to a transfer ban.

Speaking to reporters, Abraham revealed that he had the tendency to lose concentration when he missed a goalscoring chance but the same has become a rare occurrence over the past 12 months, he said: “When I was a bit younger if I was to miss a chance my head would be gone for a while. I’ve been watching the best strikers in the world – Harry Kane, Aguero – once they miss a chance they just stay focused, keep going again and they get their goal. Erik Lamela praises Tottenham’s new signing Giovani Lo Celso

Tottenham Hotspur attacker Erik Lamela has praised the arrival of compatriot Giovani Lo Celso from Real Betis and believes the 23-year-old has the credentials to succeed with the north London giants. Lo Celso was touted to join the north London giants over the course of the English transfer window and he eventually made the move on deadline day after Spurs agreed on a season-long loan for his services with the option to buy.

Speaking after Spurs’ 3-1 win over Aston Villa, Lamela praised Lo Celso as an unbelievable player and feels he would suit the demands of the Premier League side. He added that he could not make a swift impression after joining from AS Roma six years ago, but is confident that won’t be the case with Lo Celso with a number of quality players around him.
